Keep in mind that the University mess hall has a 3 – course menu for lunches from 13.00 until 16.00 at a cost of 6.5 euros approx. and other meal options all day long. ( credit cards allowed).
For both Tuesday, 9 June, and Wednesday, 10 June, the meeting point will be the Demo Area.
To help you reach the Demo Area, we have attached two images with detailed directions. In addition, members of our team will be positioned around the venue to provide support and assistance whenever needed.

From Madrid Airport, you can reach Atocha (downtown Madrid, where the hotels are) in 16 minutes by car or in 33 minutes by a direct bus.
If you want to get to Leganés from the airport, it will take 30 minutes by car and around 1 hour by train. There are also options for bus and metro, but they are not recommended.
For people who have a car and want to park at the university, parking is available, but please specify it when you register, so we can get you permission.
The Euro (EUR) is the official currency in Spain.
Visa and MasterCard are commonly accepted.
